We take personal pride in making your student experience an excellent and enjoyable one. We understand that for most of our tenants this will be the first time they have rented a property and managed their own home and this can be quite a daunting prospect. We are happy to offer advice and help where we can as we know sometimes the little things can seem more onerous than they are!
We can offer 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 bedroom properties that are based in the heart of one of the most popular student areas. You are surrounded by great social life, bars, restaurants, cafes, take-aways and supermarkets. The area is well served by public transport and many students walk or cycle to university. We provide secure cycle storage in a number of our properties.
All our properties have well equipped kitchens with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwashers (because we know how much students hate washing-up!). Our kitchens are well sized for the number of occupants giving you ample opportunity to try out your culinary skills on your friends. This is an exciting time and we want you to enjoy your time with us.
We also ensure that bathroom facilities are adequate for the number of occupants – there is nothing worse than a large queue forming at 7am in the morning outside the only bathroom in a property?!!!
We strive to provide good sized bedrooms where you will have enough space to sleep and study. Using Victorian houses, with their generous proportions, ensures you are not renting a rabbit hutch and you also benefit from many of the historical features that are retained wherever possible.
Each house has a welcome pack with information about your home, operating instructions and necessary codes and phone numbers. We react quickly to any urgent repair needs and have our own team of dedicated staff to assist.
